1. You will receive an email from Market Coordinator confirming if your Application has been successful or unsuccessful.
2. If you are successful you will also receive an email from Event Coordinators with an invoice with a link to the payment system for payment of your Total Stallholders Fees.
3. Applications will be considered FINAL once Stallholders Fees are cleared at our end.
4. NO REFUNDS will be issued for NO SHOWS – unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Gladstone Multicultural Association Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as required. Successful stall applicants will be notified by email of any changes to the terms and conditions.
